“Golf–It’s a Jungle Out There” Guest Day July 22nd

Have you invited your guest?

It’s time to get busy and invite your friend, sister, daughter, mother, or neighbor to join in the fun that’s been planned by committee Chairs Faye Turner and Kathy Stout and their “wild” committee.  It’s called “Golf–It’s a Jungle Out There”, so come prepared to see some wild animals around our course.  Before our scramble golf game with a shotgun start we will have some special games to enjoy around the putting green–use your imagination for this one.

Be at the clubhouse at 8am to check in, buy mulligans and play some fun pre-games with a careful watch for wild animals in the area.  Tee time is at 9am and who knows what will happen out in the jungle of Charbonneau.  We’ll hope everyone arrives back at the clubhouse safely for Dalton’s catered lunch of chicken salad served in a pineapple boat and a delicious tropical dessert.  Of course, there will also be prizes!

Ok, you’ve invited your guest to be your golf partner and you have mustered up your courage for the jungle.  Now you’ll need to sign up by the early deadline of Tuesday July 15th before noon.  Note, this is earlier than usual.  So have your sign-up finished and your lunch check for $17 per person in the slot by noon July 15th.  Note that greens fees are to be paid individually in the Pro Shop–preferably before the day of play.

Guest Day is a popular event and often fills up early, so get going, read up on wild animals, and we’ll see you on the 22nd with your golf bag loaded with clubs.
